Pearl District Condos

The Pearl District in Downtown Portland is home to over a dozen high end townhouses and condos. The area began with artist warehouse lofts but quickly became a very sheek area desired by people for whom an open-space loft may not have been ideal. A couple years after the first loft conversion projects, townhouses and condos began to show up. Today, there are more upscale condos than anything else, and the townhomes remain prominant in the neighborhood as well. Below is a list of the most notable buildings.

		The Bridgeport The Bridgeport is a signature Hoyt Street building that features a two rounded ends on the front of the building and a quaint garden in the center of the building. Construction was completed in 2003 and the building sits right next to a park.
		The Henry The Henry is across the street from the brewery blocks, a popular area shopping center and is widely acknowledged as the most luxurious building in the neighborhood. The building is LEED certified to be environmental friendly.
		Park Place This building is right next to the park and at the center of the Pearl District. The building has an interesting duality in its arhcitecture, somewhere between ultra modern and early century. The interior of this building is very high end and beautiful.
		The Pinnacle The Pinnacle was completed by Hoyt Development in 2005 and is right on the park but also right next to the train tracks. Still, this building is quite nice and features an impressive lobby. Inside, the building feartures hardwood floors, and stainless stell appliances.
		The Riverstone Built in 1998, this building is directly next to Jamison Square and is in the heart of the Pearl.
		Tanner Place Tanner Place is close to Jamison square and features unites with 1-3 bedrooms and fireplaces.
